At Clean Haven Solutions LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice
    A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning service without incurring a fee.

     

  • Cancellation Fee
    If a cancellation is made with less than 24 to 48 hours’ notice, a 30% service cost fee will be applied to cover lost time and revenue.

     

  • Acceptable Methods
    All cancellations must be made via phone or email during our business hours:

     

    • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Sunday: Closed

       

Goodwill Consideration
At our discretion, we may waive the cancellation fee for the first late cancellation as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain strong customer relationships.

Important Notes

  • The cancellation fee is based on the original cost of the scheduled service.
  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but the cancellation fee may still apply if the new appointment does not meet the 24 to 48-hour notice requirement.
